Psychic was not online when I made a purchase what do I do?
It is important to check the availabilty of your chosen Psychic, however if
they were not online or busy in session your purchase (chat minutes) will be saved. You may choose to wait when you do see them online
you can log in with your userid and password that was sent to you and request your Reading.

When does my chat time begin?
Once you have entered the chat room, a timer will begin counting down
your chat time once you begin to type not when the psychic types. You will also be notified
when you are near end of your chat time, a purchase option within the chat is available to you
if you then wish to purchase further chat time. Example: Upon entering chat
if the Psychic welcomes you and begins typing this does not count towards your chat time, when you
begin to type and reply that is when the counter will begin.

When your purchase made you will receive your log in user id and password through email, please
check your spam box

Are transcritps available?
Yes. All sessions are logged and available to you within your panel.

How do I receive my Email Reading?
Once purchase is made for an email Reading, your chosen Psychic will receive
information within their panel. Your Reading will then be done within this panel on the site which is secure
and a notification will be sent to your email address provided to inform you that your Email Reading is now available in your client panel.
Psychic does not have any personal information other than questions
pertaining to your Reading.

I was in a chat session and lost connection what do I do?
If you lose connection you can re-log in and request chat once again with your Psychic.
